1. What we collect

When you create a Lobbira account and use the app, we collect: your email address and password (for authentication), your username and region, your chosen avatar, any mobile or PC game IDs you add to your profile (e.g. Free Fire UID, CODM Activision ID, Steam/Epic/Riot IDs), and the content you post — lobby chat messages, direct messages, and tournament chat messages.

2. Why we collect it

We use this data to run the core Lobbira experience: matching you with other players, showing your online status, powering lobby and tournament chat, sending push notifications for events you care about (joins, messages, match results), and letting squad mates find your in-game ID without you having to repeat it in every chat.

3. Who we share it with

Lobbira is built on Supabase, which stores our database, handles authentication, and powers realtime features — Supabase processes your data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. If you join a paid tournament, payment details are processed by Paystack, not stored on Lobbira's servers. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or other third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Lobbies that go idle for 4 hours are automatically closed and removed. Your profile, chat history, and tournament records persist until you delete your account (available from your Profile page) or request deletion by contacting us directly.

When you delete your account, your profile details, messages, direct messages and hosted lobbies are permanently erased and your sign-in is disabled. If you have taken part in a tournament, the bracket and its results are kept with your identity removed — we cannot erase a match without also destroying the record of the opponents who played it, and those results are the basis for prizes and rankings.

5. Your rights

You can review and edit your profile data at any time from the Profile page, and delete your account and associated data from the same page. If you have questions about data we hold on you, reach out using the contact details below. This policy is intended to align with the principles of Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

6. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to us on WhatsApp: +233 59 196 4181.
