Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Lobbira account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Lobbira.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information (username, region, game IDs) so other players can find and squad up with you reliably.

3. Acceptable use

Lobbira is a place to find teammates and play together. You agree not to harass or abuse other players, impersonate anyone, post illegal or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt lobbies, tournaments, or the service itself. In tournaments, you agree to play fair and report results honestly.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and content you post in lobbies, direct messages, and tournament chat. By posting, you allow Lobbira to store and display that content to the other participants it was intended for.

5. Tournaments and entry fees

Tournament match results are recorded as reported and confirmed through the app. Where a tournament involves a paid entry fee, results are treated as final once a winner is crowned unless Lobbira determines, at its discretion, that a review is warranted.

When entry fees are enabled for a tournament, payment is processed through Paystack. Lobbira retains a 15% platform fee from the total entry fees collected; the remaining 85% forms the prize pool. Once you've joined a paid tournament, your entry fee is not refunded if you withdraw — it's only refunded if the tournament itself is cancelled or never starts (for example, if it doesn't fill before its window closes, or the host cancels it). Until entry fees launch, all tournaments on Lobbira are free to join.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from the Profile page.

7. No warranty

Lobbira is provided "as is" during open beta. We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will be bug-free.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
